NEOPRENE SPRAYDECK FIRST

Spraydeck for Slalom k1, c1 and touristic.
The deck and tube is made of 3 mm neoprene, the connection is glued and sewn. The neoprene glue is a two-component adhesive with a hardener, the joint is squeezed out with a mechanical device to remove air from the junction of the two edges of the neoprene.
We sew on 10 mm rubber which, when stretched, wraps around the cockpit. Resin is poured from the inside – a polymer mass that seals the connection between the kayak and the spraydeck.
